Tuesday, thanks & Spectra

I just wanted to take a quick moment to thank both Heidi and Tina for accompanying us to the symphony today. The program was very nice.

About half of the class was able to submit their mission reports today. The rest of the students are fully expected to submit them tomorrow. Work submitted after that date will be marked down, 10% for each day late.

Biome tests went smoothly today. If students have yet to turn in their study packets, they will need to do so by Wednsday at the latest.

Students are also responsible for California Practice book pages 42 & 43 tonight.

Wednesday brings us a quick PEOPLE OF SPARKS quiz.

I completely neglected to mention yesterday that we began our SPECTRA art program. We will be visited for the next eight weeks by artist-in-residence, Sandi Rechenmacher, who will weave the ideas of nurtrition and art together for our class. She asked the kids to visit the web-site www.storewars.com to research the issues that are presented there. She will be with us on Tuesdays from 1 - 2.

Respectfully. Mr. B
