Tuesday, 9/24

Hello all, and thank you for checking in.  We held our class elections this afternoon.  The class was impressed with the speeches of all who ran, and the voting was close.  In the end, both Malia and Kylie were voted to represent the class on our Student Leadership Board.  The kids will be meeting monthly with staff to plan and implement spirit days, community events and fundraisers.

The kids are responsible for the following today:

- math set B, page 108, problems 13-24
- reading practice book page 91

Monday, 9/23

Hello all, and thanks for checking in.  This is our last full week together before the implementation of RTI next Monday.  Again, I will be sending home notices regarding your child's RTI teacher in next week's Blue Folder.  This week's Blue Folders are light, but please check out the "Drive for Schools" raffle information.

The conference schedule has been posted here on the blog.  Please check your time.  If you do not have a scheduled appointment yet, please look at the available times and email me with a preference.
