Wednesday and beyond
Howdy all. Wednesdays go by so fast! With PE and Spanish, I am only seeing the kids for about an hour. The variety is a positive though!
Thursday brings us additional work with our tribe book, an investigation into lines, more work with circuits and a visit from the Banana Slug String Band! Good times.
The kids are responsible for the following tonight:
-Reading Log
-Math lesson 23, pages 100-101, all problems
-Reading practice book pages 56 & 57 (possibly 55, if it wasn't completed in class)

Tuesday and conferences
Howdy all, the kids were each sent home with a conference scheduling preference form today. Please ensure that these forms are returned to school no later than Friday of this week. Also, please be aware that I run conferences a bit different from what you may be accustomed to, as I ask the kids to attend as well.

Monday and beyond...
Howdy all. We got off to a rough start today with kids tired from the weekend, etc. Hopefully Tuesday brings a more respectful group to school.
Orange Folders went home this afternoon with the kids with information regarding portrait order forms for next week, Ohlone Day, a Scholastic order form and a new reading log. The next reading log is due Tuesday, September 30th. Any Scholastic orders from this catalog should be submitted by Friday, September 19. Our last order went out on Friday, so kids should expect their books by the end of this week or early next.
