Tuesday and the week
Howdy all, and thanks for checking in. Again, with the short week and much information to share. Here we go:
Weekly folders are full of goodies. Please take a moment to review their contents. Things to look out for: kids should take advantage of the opportunity to complete incomplete work packets by Friday, January 21. Yearbook order forms have been sent home. Please, please, please take advantage of the Scholastic Book Club this month, as we are very near to being able to order an Ipad for the classroom!
The fifth grade started Spanish lessons this past Friday, and will continue to meet with Senora Murray for the next few months!
Congrats to Moorea and Kaylee who won our classroom spelling bee today. They will be competing against the rest of Rio's top spellers next week in an attempt to go to the district bee next month!
Tonight, the kids are responsible for the following:
both grades -
- BFG packets, chapters 8 & 9 (if not completed in class)
- Saxon 61
- Nature Log reflection due tomorrow
- Weekly Folder
Respectfully, Mr. Bryant
