Wednesday & Thursday

Hello all, and thank you for checking in.  The kids are very excited about Thursday night's Open House, as they are eager to show off their accomplishments.  The classroom will be open from 6ish to 8.  We have no special presentations to be timely for, so feel free to show up when it is convenient.

The science projects are looking good, and the kids began to share their efforts with the class today.  We will continue to share them over the next few days.

Tuesday & the Science Project

Hello friends, tomorrow brings the due date for the science projects.  Completed efforts are expected on Wednesday, as the kids will be sharing them.

A friendly reminder that Friday is our field trip to Cabrillo.  The kids will need to pack a sack lunch on Friday.

Monday, & the Week

Hello all, and thank you for checking in.  The kids should be wrapping up their science projects in the next two days, as they are still due on Wednesday.  This week sees us beginning our final literature study with Raold Dahl's James & the Giant Peach and well as undertaking a pretty cool math-based art project on spacial reasoning / representation.

Friday is our field trip to Cabrillo College.  We have a few volunteers to help us maneuver the day, but we could surely benefit from a few additional eyes and minds.  Please contact me if you are able to come along.
