Today was our first effort with RTI (Team Time) for the school year. The groups worked very well. If your child has not informed you of their classroom placement, a note went home in the Blue Folders today.
We will be wrapping up our efforts with Island of the Blue Dolphins this week, and assessing our knowledge of the book on Friday (written) and next Monday (AR). To get into the mood for Halloween, we'll be reading Roald Dahl's The Witches next.
The kids are responsible for the following today:
- Blue Folders (please return no later than Friday)
- reading practice book page 106 (complete spelling list is on page 413)
- math lesson 6.4, page 129, problems 1-5
