Just to let you all know what is going on in class for the rest of the week:
Thursday brings us our very last day of STAR testing! Yippee! Students will complete the math portion and breathe a sigh of relief. Make sure everyone is well-rested and to school on time.
Thursday also brings us additional poetry writing, more work with Pangea and further work / discussion with early California statehood.
Friday will be a very mellow day. Students are responsible for turning in their Sadako study packets. We will be previewing our next chapter book, "By the Great Horn Spoon", spending some time with math and watching a documentary on volcanoes and earthquakes.
